All rights, title, and interest in and to the Content remain with Blue Seat Studios.

All Blue Seat Studios materials—including videos, scripts, illustrations, characters, voiceovers, quizzes, and written materials—are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and any activity under your account.
4. Course Completion & Access
Access to the Content is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase or licensing. Blue Seat Studios may update or modify Content periodically to reflect legal or best‑practice changes.
5. Payment & Refunds
If you purchase a course directly, payment is due at checkout. Refunds may be available under limited circumstances as outlined at the point of sale. Organizational users should refer to their licensing agreement.
